1. Delivery
The goods/products you chose will be delivered to the shipping address you indicated

2. Shipping costs
Caution : if you do not choose the "registered letter" option, we cannot
track you order and all the risks related to the shipment will be beared
by you.

3. Customs duty
Any order made on Diva-music.com and shipped out of France is subject to possible
tax and customs duty to be paid on receipt of the goods. These possible tax
and customs duty bound to the shipping of any good are part of your duty and
responsibility. We are not supposed to verify and inform You of the customs
duty and tax that can be applied in your country. We suggest You ask more information
to the competent authorities in your country.
4. Returns Policy
You can return your purchase to us within 7 days from the moment you received
it in the following cases :
- the product is vitiated by an obvious and manifest flaw
- the product does not correspond to the one you ordered
Caution! These products are duplicable, thus you cannot return them if they
have been sealed out. The products must be factory sealed when returned (i.e.
in their original packing). In any other case you will not be refunded and you
will not be able to exchange your product. If you return the product within
this framework then we refund the purchase price in full.
IMPORTANT : In any case, we ask you to send us an e-mail to info@diva-music.com
and request an "authorization of return" (ARM) indicating your order's
number, the name of the article you want to return and the reason for the return.
On receipt of your ARM, place the product in a safety box, and send it to :

Any product returned without ARM cannot be accepted.
